A TG LABS app
Photograph the thing in the back of the garage. You get a price suggestion off the scan, from what the room has already settled on things like it. Then the room identifies this one, by consensus rather than one voice, and says plainly when it cannot agree.
What a verdict looks like
Attributed to Hans J. Wegner
CH25 lounge chair · 14 identifications · 86% agree
A range, with the median marked where it actually falls, not in the middle. One figure would be a lie dressed as an answer.
How a lot reads
Examples, drawn to show what every lot carries: what the room says it is, the range it settled on with the median marked, and how many people agreed. Real lots appear here once the app is out.

Price history
Every item the room settles is written into the history for its type. Point the camera at the next one and the suggestion is already there.

Roland Juno-106
Instruments · Keyboards & synths · 212 settled items
$1,100–$1,650Median $1,350 · Q4 25, the most recent settled quarter
This is history, not an asking price. It is what the room has actually settled at for this type, quarter by quarter, so a thin quarter shows as a thin quarter rather than being smoothed into a confident-looking line.
19 branches · 280 types
Standing is earned inside a branch, never across all of them. Being right about Juno-106s buys you nothing on Persian rugs.

9 typesHow it works
There is no panel of experts behind this, and that is the point. A bench costs money and sees a hundred things a week. The room sees everything.
Four angles, any light, the marks and the underside. Thirty seconds on a kitchen table.
Anyone can name it. A guess from someone with standing in that branch counts for more than a guess from someone who has never been right about a chair.
Once two thirds of identifiers land on the same thing, you get the attribution and a range. Never a single figure, because nobody honest quotes one.
Badges
Every badge is a statement about agreement, never about authenticity. Anteek does not certify anything and never will.
Two thirds of identifiers agreed, across at least two identifications. The attribution holds.
Earned per branch, never globally. Ten confirmed calls on cameras says nothing about your eye for rugs, and the app treats it that way.
The room split. You see the split rather than a false answer, and disagreement rolls the call up to whatever everyone does agree on.
Anteek publishes community opinion. It is not an appraisal, not a valuation and not an authentication, and it is not valid for insurance, tax or probate. Where the room disagrees you will be shown the disagreement rather than a tidier answer.
